MEMBER SERVICES – MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE(top)
Description: SwarmBuilder is looking for a professional to work in-house on a Member development and product support program. Desired candidates will work to support and service existing Members, while also working to acquire new Members. In addition, a successful Member Services Representative will demonstrate an immediate understanding of the value of web-based products and services, improve member enrollment, improve customer service, and administer internal support tools and development projects.
Responsibilities - Demonstrate knowledge of the existing SwarmBuilder products and value proposition.
- Maintain a high level of customer service through Member support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing Members through effective account management and service.
- Work with Members to identify product enhancements and future product requirements.
- Use the telephone and email to educate Members about products and services.
- Ensure Member satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to problems, concerns or needs.
- Develop relationships with Members and Member groups (Retailers, Pros and other VIPs).
- Facilitate and grow new Member sign-up.
Skills - Strong oral and written communication skills.

MANUFACTURER SERVICES â ACCOUNT COORDINATOR(top)

Swarmbuilder is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, proactive and dedicated Account Coordinator to join our Sales team. The AC will work closely with an Account Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to service current account relationships and help clients leverage the SwarmBuilder software suite.
Servicing our current manufacturer accounts:
This requires assessing the needs of our customers, use of our proprietary online tools, managing online content, training users onsite and online, and communicating product feedback from clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with an Account Manager to service a group of accounts
- Frequent customer interaction at various levels
- Become an expert on the SwarmBuilder software suite of tools and services
- Keep detailed track of customer-related calendars, projects, main contacts, etc
- Train customers on our tools and services
- Support customer execution of online contests, community features, and other services
- Compile and report on quarterly usage statistics
- Attend Trade Shows, sales meetings and customer visits as needed
Skills:

Swarmbuilder is currently seeking an exceptionally talented Graphic/Flash Designer with strong interactive experience and a well-rounded design background, to join our Production Services team. This position is responsible for the creative design and production of manufacturer and retailer content within the 3point5 community, consisting of Web-optimized images, Flash content, HTML, & CSS, as well as, promotional print material to inform and stimulate traffic to 3point5.Our fast-paced work environment also offers many other design opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
· 4+ years experience working in Graphic/Flash/Web and/or Interactive Design
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite 3 (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash)
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic AS2, and XML
· Strong concept development abilities, applying design composition, color scheme, branding, typography, and smooth user interface
· Strong communication skills including the ability to convey creative concepts to clients and the team
· Ability to self-manage multiple projects and work within time deadlines
· Ability to give and take constructive feedback
· Ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups

Swarmbuilder is currently seeking an exceptionally talented Interactive Art Director with a well-rounded graphic and interactive design background, to join our Production Services team. This position will lead, motivate and collaborate with the design team, in the creative development and Flash production for our brand’s interactive, online training programs. As Interactive Art Director, you must be able to effectively communicate design ideas and foster fresh approaches to our brands needs while working within the controls of our platform. You will also be responsible for your own individual projects, and timelines. Swarmbuilder is a fast-growing company that offers many other interactive and graphic design opportunities.
- Guide design projects through concept development, design and implementation and monitoring progress to deadline
- Drive aspects of the interactive design projects, focusing on innovation and quality
- Mentor and support team members; understanding their abilities and identifying projects to help them develop
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve our work
- Work closely with our project management team to make sure projects are on target, both in terms of the client’s marketing objectives and timelines
Qualifications and Skills
