Swarmbuilder is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, proactive and dedicated Account Coordinator to join our Sales team.  The AC will work closely with an Account Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to service current account relationships and help clients leverage the SwarmBuilder software suite.

Servicing our current manufacturer accounts: 

This requires assessing the needs of our customers, use of our proprietary online tools, managing online content, training users onsite and online, and communicating product feedback from clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with an Account Manager to service a group of accounts
  • Frequent customer interaction at various levels
  • Become an expert on the SwarmBuilder software suite of tools and services
  • Keep detailed track of customer-related calendars, projects, main contacts, etc
  • Train customers on our tools and services
  • Support customer execution of online contests, community features, and other services
  • Compile and report on quarterly usage statistics
  • Attend Trade Shows, sales meetings and customer visits as needed

MANUFACTURER SERVICES – ACCOUNT MANAGER

Description
Swarmbuilder is looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team.  The Account Manager will work closely with Project Managers and an Account Coordinator. Your primary responsibilities will be: 

1) Servicing our current manufacturer accounts: 
You will serve as the senior point of contact with a portfolio of existing SwarmBuilder accounts. You will manage their master schedule for the year, meet and interact with the client regularly, help the client leverage the SwarmBuilder software, and renegotiate financial terms for continued service. 

2) Selling new software and services to existing accounts:
You will also be tasked with demonstrating new products, explaining ROI and statistical progress, and closing new contracts for additional software and services.  

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as senior point of contact for a group of manufacturer accounts. Expect to have 40+ account relationships. 
  • Work closely with a Project Manager to execute and launch large on-line client projects including website builds, and software launches.
  • Manage Account Coordinator(s), assigning client services tasks to support day-to-day use
  • Visit clients regularly, travel required
  • Present annual budgets to accounts and renew financial relationships
  • Build and maintain a master calendar of events for each client, planning out promotional activities for the year
  • Have senior level executive strategy discussion with manufacturers, planning user acquisition and targeting, matching existing marketing plans 
  • Demonstrate new software tools to clients
  • Close additional services revenue inside existing accounts
  • Explain ROI and Usage Statistics
  • Communicate client status and feedback to other employees
  • Keep detailed track of main contacts, key personnel changes

PRODUCTION SERVICES – PROJECT MANAGER

SwarmBuilder is in search of an organized, detail-oriented, proactive and dedicated project manager to join our Production Services team.  This position is responsible for managing the planning, development, production, testing, launch and roll-out of our manufacturer and retailer products within the Swarmbuilder Web community and reports to the VP of Production Services.  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years online project management experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage project scope while meeting project deadlines
  • Develop and manage client relationships, expect to have 30 + brands
  • Gather, understand and integrate client brand guidelines
  • Provide strategy recommendations on site architecture and content in-line with SwarmBuilder methodology
  • Offer creative solutions to meet clients retail training goals
  • Work with Swarmbuilder copywriters in the development of training site content 
  • Manage design team through creative development
  • Manage site flash production and testing
  • Supervise training site launch and roll-out

MEMBER SERVICES – MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

SwarmBuilder is looking for a professional to work in-house on a Member development and product support program.  Desired candidates will work to support and service existing Members, while also working to acquire new Members.  In addition, a successful Member Services Representative will demonstrate an immediate understanding of the value of web-based products and services, improve member enrollment, improve customer service, and administer internal support tools and development projects.

Responsibilities

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT -- QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

SwarmBuilder is in search of a Quality Assurance Engineer. This is a technical full time position at our downtown Salt Lake City, Utah office. You will be a key contributor in the development of the SwarmBuilder web application infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Developing manual and automated test scripts for various types of testing: usability, functional, regression.
  • Execute/analyze test cases and document software defects.
  • Troubleshoot and verify bugs and errors reported.
  • Coordinate and communicate with developers on bug fixes and modifications.
  • Identify and document test cases.
  • Develop and report metrics on test results.
  • Develop regression testing framework.
  • Update test scripts based on bugs and changes/upgrades to the application.
  • Communicate test results to development team members.
  • Work with team members to find the cause of programming errors.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 2+ year’s software test experience of web-based applications both frontend and backend.
  • Good understanding of QA methodology and software development lifecycle.
  • Manual and automated test experience (use of open source/java tools a plus).
  • Experience writing test plans, strategies, and detailed test cases.
  • Proficient with SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Experience with UNIX or Linux environments.
  • 1-2 years programming experience (preferably Java).
  • Experience with Java web applications and/or Hibernate, Spring, Spring MVC and/or Struts, JSP, Servlets, Web Services, XML, JUnit, Ant.
  • Good understanding of the latest web technologies such as JS, XML, HTTPS, AJAX, MVC, Web Servers, Application Servers, etc.
  • Experience with Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic or equivalent.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize and scope work.
